In Studio/House call appointments have a 10 minute grace period for services to start before you are considered late. After 10 minutes a $15.00 late fee will be charged. If you are delayed beyond 30 minutes and we still have availability to perform services, a recurring $15.00 late fee will be assessed per 30 minutes. Full Balance and Late fee will be collected upon arrival. 

If you are unreachable, and do not arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a "No Show". Your deposit amount will be lost, and accommodating you for any future services will be at our discretion. 

All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and no booking will be secure until the deposit is received. Your deposit is also Non-Transferable to any other date or person.

Client is responsible for any travel expenses of the makeup artist/stylist as agreed at time of booking. Any parking fees for locations/hotels must be covered by client, we must have priority parking at the venue. 

Hair Styling Requirements: Any client receiving hair styling services (excludes blow drys)  MUST wash and blow dry their hair prior to scheduled appointment. Please note we do not block out extra time for any blow dry styling.  Hair must also NOT be flat ironed. (Fee's may apply)
